This applies to information you have provided in the application, information that may already be registered about you in the police systems and information from any third party that is necessary for our processing of the application.

We record and store your information in police systems to document your case.

In particular, the police will process your identity information and obtain information from criminal records.
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
- The national police
- The local municipality
We will not transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.
The information is registered in the central rights register.
We storage your personal data for up to 10 years, depending on your type of permit.
Currently, we cannot say how long we will keep your personal data.
We currently do not employ automatic assessments, such as profiling.
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.
