Use this site to register a service for foreign businesses/companies in the Register of Foreign Service Providers (RUT).
In order to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the Danish authorities have instituted requirements for you as an employer.
You must prepare a list with the contact information of employees you post to Denmark or that you employ in Denmark. Relevant contact information includes telephone number, email address and Danish home address.
Service providers and their contact persons must be able to present the list of contact information to the Danish WEA if the authority so requests. It is important that the list of contact information has been prepared in advance so that it can be presented to the Danish WEA without delaying any possible inspection. Click here to read more about requirements for the list of contact information.
The Danish authorities have gathered the most important regulations for foreign companies that are to temporarily carry out work in Denmark on workplacedenmark.dk. This site also has information on requirements from the authorities with regard to accommodation for employees in Denmark.
The Register of Foreign Service Providers (RUT) is the Danish government's official register to report a foreign service. Foreign service providers (employees and self-employed) working in Denmark must register in RUT. For self-employed you only have to register if the service falls within selected sector codes (general building and construction work or installation and repair of machinery and equipment).
This also applies to companies that do not have real activities in their home country.
If you have not registered a service before, you should start by setting up a user account. Click on the 'Start' icon or log in with a digital signature or NemID employee signature .
