  • File a complaint regarding health and safety at work

    Anyone can file a complaint with the Danish Working Environment Authority if they suspect that a Danish or foreign company is violating occupational health and safety regulations. The complaint will be treated confidentially.

  • Notification of work with asbestos

    As an employer, you have a duty to notify the Danish Working Environment Authority if employees may be exposed to dust from asbestos or materials containing asbestos. Notification must be made before work starts.

  • Notify genetic engineering facilities

    Notify genetic engineering facilities such a laboratories and laboratory areas that will be used for work with genetically modified microorganisms, genetically modified animals or plants, or gene therapy.
