Tattooing establishment, registration of a new tattooing place

You will need this:

• Information about the tattooing establishment such as name, address and phone number.

• Information about the owner. Either:

  • A Danish CVR number of the tattooing establishment or

  • A Danish CPR number of you as a owner or

  • Other identification documents (passport recommended)

• Information about the tattooist working at the tattooing establishment (If the tattooist has a national ID number (CPR), this must be added. In addition, you must enter the name and email address of each individual tattooist)
