Every year in April you will receive an advance statement detailing your targets. The advance statement will also show whether you need to hire more trainees or whether you already have enough. From April, you can also follow your status in Læreplads-AUB's self-service.

In May the following year you will receive your annual statement. If Læreplads-AUB receives new information about your employees or trainees, your result will be recalculated and you will receive a new annual statement. The recalculation takes place once a quarter prior to the quarter's collection from Samlet Betaling.
