Apply for Tax Exemption / Quarterly tax

When the Danish Motor Vehicle Agency receives personal data from citizens, we have a duty to provide information pursuant to Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If we receive information about a citizen from someone other than the citizen himself, we have a duty to provide information pursuant to Article 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. 

The fact that we are subject to a duty of disclosure means that we must provide information about why we have collected or received the personal data, what we use the personal data for and for how long we process it. We have described this in our privacy policy.
