As a shipowner of Danish flagged vessels, you may be covered by the rules on social security. You may be entitled to reimbursement of certain health insurance expenses in accordance with the Order on the special health insurance scheme for seafarers.

You can apply for reimbursement of health insurance expenses by using our application form.
The application form must be accompanied with a Medical Report or similar documentation.
Send the form together with the expense vouchers you want to be reimbursed and the relevant medical documentation as a secure email to sfs@dma.dk, via e-Boks to the Danish Maritime Authority CVR number: 29831610 or by post.
