Use this form to pay the annual renewal fee for your tattoo establishment. It is important that you make sure to deregister your tattoo place if it is no longer active.
You will need this:
The TAST number which has been assigned to the tattoo place. You will find it in the register of tattoo places on the Danish Safety Technology Authority's website.
The registered information about your tattoo place (The name of the tattoing place and the address).
Creditcard (Dankort, Visadankort, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.)
