Non-discrimination and equal treatment

Your employee may send an inquiry in English or Danish to the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment by email, if:

• the employee is a citizen from an EU/EEA country or Switzerland

• the employee or his/her family members have experienced discrimination on the grounds of nationality, unjustified restrictions or obstacles to their right to free movement in Denmark.

The Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment is the national contact point on equal treatment and support to Union workers and members of their family.

When the agency receives an inquiry, the agency contacts the responsible authority and ensures that they will reply to the inquiry.
