This executive order applies to: For biocidal antifouling paints containing one or more active substances under assessment under the Biocides Regulation, Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 on the making available on the market and use of biocidal products, and under certain conditions for biocide-containing antifouling paints containing active substances, approved in accordance with the Biocidal Regulation, cf. section 3, subsection 2 and 3.
