We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Handling inquiries about complaints of bullying / sexual harassment in order to investigate the company's mental work environment. The purpose is also to be able to identify workplaces where bullying or sexual harassment takes place.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:
General information including: Identification information regarding individuals and companies. This could be information concerning people conducting harassment, a person who is being harassed and about the company, where this is taking place.
Sensitive information including: Sexual relationships, sexual orientation, information about health.
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
No recipients.
No transfers to recipient outside the EU and the EEA.
We receive the information from employees, perhaps a third party (who could be anybody) and sometimes employer or the supervisory representative.
Currently, the Danish Work Environment Authority cannot say how long your data will be stored in connection with this processing of applications. However, we can inform you that we will emphasize that we only store your data as long as it is necessary to fulfil our obligations in accordance with Danish law.
There will be no automatic assessment and profiling in regards to this assignment.
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.
As the Danish Work Environment Authority are gathering most personal data on the basis of our legislative obligations in accordance to Danish law, most of the collecting of data will not be based on a specific consent from you. When this is the case, a withdrawal of consent will rarely result in the Danish Work Environment Authority terminating any gathering or treating of your data. This is because your rights to not have data gathered and treated must be weighed against the countries right to a safe work environment.

Right of access
You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect data concerning you rectified.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have data concerning you erased before the time of our ordinary general erasure.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the extent to which we process your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we will henceforth only process information with your consent – with the exception of storage – or if a legal claim can be established, exercised or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
Right to transmit data (data portability)
In certain cases, you are entitled to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have this personal data transmitted from one data controller to another without hindrance.
