We process your personal data for the following purposes:

The processing is necessary for compliance with article 10 (1) in regulation No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repealing Regulation (EC) No 842/2006.
Furthermore, the processing is necessary for compliance with Commission implementing regulation (EU) 2015/2067 of 17 November 2015 establishing, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, minimum requirements and the conditions for mutual recognition for the certification of natural persons as regards stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment, and refrigeration units of refrigerated trucks and trailers, containing fluorinated greenhouse gases and for the certification of companies as regards stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment, containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
Two types of personal information are collected, social security number and name (copy of examination paper)
Social security numbers are stored to maintain data security and prevent personal confusion.
Exam paper is kept as documentation for certificate issuance.
Sensitive personal information is not used and personal information is not processed.
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
Upon request and control of the enquirer, we pass on information about individuals, after control of the recipient, to environmental authorities, the Danish Working Environment Authority, the Danish Consumer Agency and approved educational institutions.
Upon request and verification of the enquirer, we pass on information about the certificate status of individuals to insurance companies, consulting engineers, architects, and hiring units
We will transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.
We use data from education documents from approved educational institutions, as well as the personal data that the applicant himself submits in connection with the application for authorization
We storage your personal data for 5 years. Thereafter, renewal can be applied for every 5 years for a new 5-year period.
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.

You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.

You have the right to have incorrect data concerning you rectified.

In special cases, you have the right to have data concerning you erased before the time of our ordinary general erasure.
