Companies with an address abroad do not have the option of digital reporting and must therefore have reporting forms sent in paper form.
Companies that have an approval of a pesticide are obliged to report the annual quantity sold to the Danish EPA, cf. section 42 of the Statutory Order on pesticides.
You will need this:
- The reporting page for quantities of pesticides sold has been built up so that the reporter is guided through each step
- Sales can only be reported in litres of product for liquid formulations and the equivalent in kilograms of product for solid formulations.
- Note that from the home page you must select the “create Annual Account of Sales”
- Finally, the form is signed together with the digital signature by pressing “Send”
