Aflevering af patientjournaler
Sundhedspersoner, som nedlægger eller overdrager deres praksis, skal aflevere patientjournalerne til Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed. Patienternes nye sundhedsperson kan søge styrelsen om at få udleveret patientjournalen.

Anvendes af forsikringsselskaber, skoler, mv. til at ansøge om refusion af udgifter til behandling og medicin i EU/EØS-lande, Schweiz og Storbritannien.
Bekræftelse af alvorlig bivirkning (blod og blodkomponenter)
Alvorlige bivirkninger hos modtagere af blod og blodkomponenter skal indberettes af den behandlende sygehusafdeling til blodcentret.

If you wish to run a facility for cleaning and disinfection of vehicles used for import of live cloven-hoofed animals that facility must be approved by The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.

The activity as clinical dental technician includes application and correction of removable dentures for adults with tooth loss, which do not have pathological changes or congenital defects in the remaining teeth and mouth or jaws.
