You are entitled to a decision within 3 months of submitting all required documentation. If problems are encountered in processing the file, you are entitled to receive a decision no later than 4 months from the date your complete file has been submitted.
In case of rejection
If the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science decides to reject your application for professional recognition, you will receive a letter explaining the reasons for the decision.
You cannot appeal to any other administrative authority, but you can send a letter or mail to the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science giving the reasons why you disagree with the decision.
