To make decisions regarding applications for the performance of commercial passenger transport in passenger cars.
The basis in law for our processing of your personal data ensues from:

The Danish Road Traffic Authority complies with The Danish Freedom of Information Act and the Public Administration Act.
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
Personal data for the transport manager – such as name, identification number, address and employment.
Special data for the transport manager – such as collective agreements described in conditions of employment and arrears to the tax administration.
Personal data for the transport manager - relating to criminal convictions and offences, which is of importance for our decision regarding your application.
Personal data for the owner of the company (only sole proprietorships) – such as name, identification number, address, arrears to the tax administration.
Personal data for the owner of the company (only sole proprietorships) - relating to criminal convictions and offences, which is of importance for our decision.
Personal data for the owner and the company (CEO and board of directors) – information about bankruptcy.
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
The Danish Road Traffic Authority uses data processers for filing of cases and receiving applications.
The Danish Road Traffic Authority discloses personal data such as name, address and identification numbers to the police and the Danish Tax Administration for use in obtaining consultation responses.
The Danish Road Traffic Authority keeps public registers and databases on authorized transport operators.
The Danish Road Traffic Authority sends the decision and written communication in general to the company.

The Danish Road Traffic Authority will first and foremost receive data from you, when receiving your application or during supervision. Other sources include the police and the Danish Tax Administration and public available sources.
Currently, we cannot say how long we will keep your personal data. However, we can inform you that we will emphasise the rules and principles of the Danish Archives Act, The Danish Freedom of information Act and the Public Administration Act and how long your data is necessary for the case when determining how long the data will be kept.
