Divide the gross monthly salary by the current hourly rate, and you have the number of hours you need to calculate ATP contributions.
Gross monthly salary / current hourly rate = number of hours
Once you have calculated the number of hours, look at the overview of applicable ATP rates and find the ATP contribution to be reported for each employee.
Example
DKK 30,000 / DKK 213.93 (2024 hourly rate for women) = 140 hours As the employee has worked more than 117 hours, the ATP contribution is DKK 297 per month.
