The holiday pay that your employees have accrued under the Danish Holiday Act in the period from 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020 must be reported and subsequently paid to Lønmodtagernes Feriemidler. Lønmodtagernes Feriemidler is a fund that administers holiday pay accrued during the transition year for the new Danish Holiday Act which entered into force in 1 September 2020. The fund will pay out the holiday pay on the day when the employee reaches the state retirement age or leaves the Danish labour market.
