You have to use your NemID employee signature to log in when you want to report an industrial injury in EASY. Your NemID employee signature must have the correct rights linked to it. Otherwise you will not be able to submit a report. There are six different rights for EASY. The rights to be assigned to you will depend on who you are.get_app EASY rights (PDF)
You can assign and be assigned EASY rights via NemLog-in.
You can create a file containing data from all of your company’s reports. This file is supplied in a format that can easily be imported into Excel.
This file contains all the data on the reports that you have retrieved in the overview screen. If your search returned more than 400 reports, you must limit your search further by defining a period, for example.
What to do:
1. Log in to EASY using your NemID employee signature 2. Click on “Overview” 3. Retrieve the relevant reports 4. Click on “Export data” 5. Save the file to your computer 6. Select “Open with Excel”
All employees can start reports in the open solution if your company has decided to use the open solution. These will be displayed to you as reports “For approval” in your overview screen, and you can also retrieve them.
You can delete a “cap for approval” report if it has already been reported or if no work accident has happened.
Access to reports in EASY According to the rules laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation, data will only be stored in EASY for as long as it is required for business purposes. As an employer, this means that you can view your reports for the past year. The one-year restriction is applicable to reports/registrations of all types; in other words drafts, registrations where the employer has selected “no” for processing pursuant to the law and reports where the employer has selected “yes” for processing pursuant to the law. If you need to be able to view reports created more than 1 year ago, you have to save them in your own system. In this case, you are responsible for compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation. Anonymised data extracts Employers also have the option of extracting anonymised data from EASY for reports for the last 5 years. Click on the “Download anonymised data” button, which can be found by selecting “Overview” under the “Reported” tab when you log in to EASY. You can download a spreadsheet that is anonymised, so all information that can be attributed to a specific individual is removed. Anonymised data can be downloaded for no more than the last 5 years. The present version of EASY was launched on 17 June 2017, so it is only possible to download data dating back to that time. If you need anonymised data extracts before 17 June 2017, these can be downloaded via the Danish Working Environment Authority’s self-service system at onlineat.dk. You can use anonymised data for prevention purposes, for example, or to document your company’s injury profile when taking out a new insurance policy.
