As an insurance company, you can get an overview of your reports on accidents at work. You can also send reports to be processed by Labour Market Insurance (AES).
This self-service is in Danish.
- You must use your NemID employee signature
Step by step
- Click [Start]
- Log in with NemID
- Search for archived, new and updated reports
- View details for individual reports
- Retrieve report + (if relevant) appendices in PDF format
You can view the reports for accidents at work for the companies that have or have had insurance policies with the relevant insurance company.
Digital insurance reports (DFA):
As an insurance company, you can use DFA to send reports that must be processed by AES. DFA is an extension of Easy ‘Se anmeldelser’ (‘View reports’)
How to send via DFA:
Go to virk.dk
- Search for ‘EASY Se Anmeldelser’ (‘EASY View reports’)
- Select ‘Hent arbejdsulykkeanmeldelser via EASY Se Anmeldelser’ (‘Receive reports on accidents at work via EASY View reports’)
- Click on start and log in with your employee signature
When pressing ‘Send til AES’ (‘Send to AES’), you will be guided through five steps to complete the transfer.
When the case has been transferred to AES, you can expect that it will take 1-2 hours before the case can be seen in Se Sag (View case).
As an insurance company, you still need a correctly filled out power of attorney from the injured before you can access the case.
There cannot be mixed information in the case (if there is mixed information, it may take up to 10 days before the case can be seen in Se Sag).
If you as an insurance company do not normally use ‘Se Anmeldelser’ (‘View reports’), the overview on ‘Se Anmeldelser’ will show all reports as new. As an insurance company, you can search for reports in the system going back 3 years, but you need to be aware that the system only shows a list of the first 400 cases. Therefore, remember to use the search function to limit the number of cases displayed in the list.
The first time you log in to the system and press ‘Oversend til AES’ (‘Transfer to AES’), the fields with contact details under ‘Oplysninger fra forsikringsskabet’ (‘Information from the insurance company’) will be blank. The information is saved after it has been entered the first time and will automatically be filled out when you transfer reports in the future.
