We process your personal data for the following purposes:
The Product Register stores information about chemical products that are produced or imported to Denmark. If you produce or import notifiable products, they must be notified to the Product Register. The purpose is also that we can identify the companies that report products to the product register.
The basis in law for our processing of your personal data ensues from:
Executive Order on special duties for manufacturers, suppliers and importers, etc. of substances and materials in accordance with the Working Environment Act, the Danish Working Environment Authority's executive order no. 1794 of 18 December 2015 with subsequent amendments.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:
General information including: Identification information regarding companies in the form of identification via NemId or in the form of the name and mobile phone number of the user and the exact name and address of the company that the user works for.
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
No recipients.
No transfer of data.
The information is registered by the companies themselves and checked by random sampling.
Currently, the Danish Work Environment Authority cannot say how long your data will be stored in connection with this processing of applications. However, we can inform you that we will emphasize that we only store your data as long as it is necessary to fulfil our obligations in accordance with Danish law.
There will be no automatic assessment and profiling in regards to this assignment.
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.
As the Danish Work Environment Authority are gathering most personal data on the basis of our legislative obligations in accordance to Danish law, most of the collecting of data will not be based on a specific consent from you. When this is the case, a withdrawal of consent will rarely result in the Danish Work Environment Authority terminating any gathering or treating of your data. This is because your rights to not have data gathered and treated must be weighed against the countries right to a safe work environment**.**

Right of access
You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect data concerning you rectified.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have data concerning you erased before the time of our ordinary general erasure.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the extent to which we process your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we will henceforth only process information with your consent – with the exception of storage – or if a legal claim can be established, exercised or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
Right to transmit data (data portability)
In certain cases, you are entitled to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have this personal data transmitted from one data controller to another without hindrance.
