Provide information about reimbursement of salary and subsidies for transportation

You will need this:

• MitID (with a public digital signature/employee signature)

For every school period you must inform us if:

1. The weekly salary of the trainee is less than our maximum reimbursement rate.

2. You receive subsidies from another party – eg. from the municipality.

3. Your transportation expenses to the trainee are less, than the school has reported.

4. You are not entitled to reimbursement of salary and subsidies for transportation.

The first time your trainee who has turned 25 is in school, you must:

1. Enter the weekly salary of the trainee

2. Answer questions about salary conditions

3. Confirm your entries. Now you can see if the trainee is approved as an adult trainee.

You only need to apply for approval of your adult trainee at the first school period.
