Alternative Investment Fund Managers Etc. Act (Act no. 598 of the 12 of June 2013)
Executive Order on authorization for alternative investment fund managers from a non-EU country to market the alternative investment fund established in an EU country in Denmark (EO no. 799 of the 26 of June 2014)

The processing includes the following types of personal data about data subjects
General personal data (name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, national identification number etc.)

We do not share your personal data with anyone
Transfer to a third country or international organisation
We do not transfer your personal data to anyone outside the EU/EEA
Storage period
At present, we cannot say for how long we store your personal data.
The right to withdraw consent
Participation is voluntary and you may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. If you withdraw your consent, this will take effect as from the time of withdrawal and will not affect the legality of our processing up to this time.
