Authorisation as a transporter (temporary provision and establishment)

The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has to give you a reasoned response to your application within reasonable time of receiving your application.

Authorisation is not, however considered to have been granted, even if The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration exceeds the deadlines.

In case of rejection

If The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration decides to reject your application for authorisation, The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration will give you a reasoned notification.

Decisions can be referred to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.

The more detailed rules on the authorisation of transporters are laid down in Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 of 22 December 2004 on the protection of animals during transport and related operations.
