Competition Conditions and Complaints

Mergers that are not notifiable to the European Commission – i.e. mergers below the EU thresholds – are notifiable to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority if the turnover of the merging companies is above certain thresholds. A merger is notified by supplying information and documents as specified in the relevant notification form.
