We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Registration of foreign company in Denmark. Foreign companies supplying services or products in Denmark must be registered with the Danish Business Authority.
The basis in law for our processing of your personal data ensues from:
Foreign companies without an establishment in Denmark that pay VAT on goods and services in Denmark are also obliged to register of the Danish VAT Act (Momsloven)).
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
Ordinary company data such as name, address, company owner, sector code
VAT no. in home country and the companies duty to Denmark
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
The Danish Customs and Tax Administration receives the information required for the purpose of the administration of Danish customs, excise and tax law as well as other tasks. Statistics Denmark also receives the information about your company.
The data we receive about you comes from the entries made in our digital self-service solutions and from paper documents to register foreign companies.
Currently, we cannot say how long we will keep your personal data. However, we can inform you that we will emphasise how long your data is necessary for the case when determining how long the data will be kept.
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.

You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.
