The application must be received by AUB no later than 4 months after the posting period has ended.

As an employer you can apply for subsidy for relocation expenses when your trainee is posted abroad.
You will need this:
Receipt for relocation expenses paid by the Danish employer
If the trainee has incurred the expenses: documentation for the amount paid to the trainee.
