Danish lawyers (admission to the Bar) are appointed by the Danish Minister of Justice.
Lawyers who have been appointed as lawyers (admitted to the Bar) in another EU Member State, an EEA country or in Switzerland (establishment)
Lawyers who have been appointed as lawyers in another EU Member State, an EEA country or in Switzerland can establish themselves in Denmark in order to permanently pursue the profession of lawyer in Denmark under their home-country professional title
