Apply for Safe Manning Document

This application form is used to assess and determine the crew in accordance with the Act on the manning of ships.

Commercial diving (temporary provision and establishment)

If you wish to work as a commercial diver in Denmark and have a commercial diver certificate from another EU/EEA country, you must apply for recognition of your commercial diver certificate.

Crane Driver over 8 tm. (establishment)

If you wish to work permanently in Denmark with cranes over 8 mT, you must have a recognition issued by the Danish Working Environment Authority.

Pedagogue in the Danish Primary School (establishment)

If you wish to take up a permanent post as a pedagogue in Danish municipal primary school (preschool class to grade 3 educator), you will need professional recognition from the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.

Refrigeration Engineer (establishment)

If you wish to work permanently in Denmark as a Refrigeration Engineer, you must have a recognition issued by the Danish Working Environment Authority.

If you wish to work as a teacher in Danish as a Second Language for adult foreigners you, you will need professional recognition from the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.

Teacher of the Danish Folkeskole (Primary and Lower Secondary School Teacher) (establishment)

If you wish to work as a teacher of the Danish Folkeskole (Primary and Lower Secondary School Teacher) in a permanent position, you will need professional recognition from the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.

Upper Secondary School Teacher (STX, HF, HHX and HTX) (establishment)

If you wish to work as an Upper Secondary School Teacher (STX, HF, HHX and HTX) in a permanent position, you will need professional recognition from the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.
