Overview of accident reports

If you report accidents in EASY, you can view an overview of your company’s reports. You can change previous accident reports, edit drafts and approve new reports.

Overview of accident reports as a third party (e.g. trade unions, lawyers, doctors)

As a third party, you can view an overview of accident reports created for a member, client or patient in EASY. You can retrieve and change previous accident reports and finalise drafts.

Report a work accident

You can report work accidents for your company in EASY if you have report rights.

As a third party, you have the option of reporting work accidents on behalf of a member, client or patient.

Report a work accident as a victim

As a victim, you can report a work accident or an accident you have been involved in (providing assistance and/or saving lives), or an accident involving a technical instrument.

Report accident as an employer with a RUT-number

As a company with a RUT-number (no CVR-number) you can report accidents in EASY.

Report an occupational disease

Doctors and dentists must report occupational diseases in ESS.

Report temps to AES via self-service

Here temp agencies can report on where employees have been sent to. Remember to select the period for which you wish to report.

Report temps via a file to AES

When you as a temp agency report to AES via a file, the file must comply with certain formats. You can check the contents before you send the file.

Retrieve and send reports for accidents at work via ‘EASY Se Anmeldelser’ (‘EASY View reports’)

As an insurance company, you can get an overview of your reports on accidents at work. You can also send reports to be processed by Labour Market Insurance (AES).
